Krampus hot sauce brings the heat with a blend of fiery flavors, making it perfect for spicy buffalo cauliflower bites.
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Krampus hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter (or vegan butter)
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing any excess to drip off, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the cauliflower for about 20-25 minutes, or until they're golden brown and crispy.
- While the cauliflower is baking, melt the butter in a saucepan, then stir in the Krampus hot sauce to make the buffalo sauce.
- Once the cauliflower is done, toss it in the buffalo sauce until fully coated.
- Serve with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
